15-Year-Old Mason MI Racing Driver Eric Wisniewski Set to Start the Season Off Strong in F4 U.S. Championship Powered by Honda at Nola Motorsports Park

New Orleans, LA – Young racing sensation Eric Wisniewski is ready to take on the competition as the F4 U.S. Championship powered by Honda kicks off its season at Nola Motorsports Park.

At just 15 years old, Wisniewski has already made a name for himself in the racing world, impressing fans and fellow competitors alike with his skill and determination on the track. He will be racing for the team, Jay Howard Driver Development, and sponsored by RE/MAX Commercial Group and Southside Auto Sales in the F4 U.S. Championship, which is widely considered the premier junior open-wheel racing series in the United States and the first rung of the ladder to Formula 1.

“I am thrilled to be starting the season off at Nola Motorsports Park,” said Wisniewski. “I have been preparing all off-season, and I am confident that I have what it takes to compete at the highest level. I am grateful to RE/MAX Commercial Group and Southside Auto Sales for giving me this opportunity and to my team Jay Howard Driver Development for their support.” Beginning his racing career at just 11 years old, Eric started locally in Mason at Corrigan Oil Speedway before racing nationally and winning the Bandolero Touring Points Championship in 2021 and Formula Development Series Championship in 2022. Unable to join F4 in 2022 due to a minimum age of 15, Eric campaigned a development series that ran alongside F4 for the year.

Balancing life as a racing driver can be a challenge for the Mason High School freshman. “I know school has to be a priority and maintaining good grades is a requirement to race from my parents” said Wisniewski. “With workouts and traveling to tracks all year long, it would be easy to fall behind. It requires a lot of planning and communication with my teachers to stay ahead.”

Welcoming Eric back to the team for the 2023 season, Jay Howard commented, “I am really excited to see how Eric does this year in F4, the test program he completed in 2022 was great preparation for this year, being able to visit a lot of the icon tracks we race at will be a big confidence booster for him, I have high hopes for some great results this season.”

The F4 U.S. Championship season opener at Nola Motorsports Park will take place on March 11th and 12th, featuring a full schedule of practice, qualifying, and race sessions.

Fans can follow Wisniewski’s progress throughout the season on his website, social media, and live streaming platforms.
